In Aram's version, the classic motif is interpreted through ancient techniques of handcraftsmanship. "These heart pieces are all unique as they are hand forged and cut. There is an individuality to each object, just as our hearts and expressions of love are different from person to person, from moment to moment. I imagine that as we use these simple objects, they serve as nostalgic mementos of love."
