kitThe latest Brazen Plus 3.0 version has new programming for better extraction and with revised Pulse Water Release Timing.  At $199 the Brazen remains an excellent value for a brewer with this much performance.  Beyond new programming and revisions to how brew water pulses, other changes are under the hood and of a technical nature.  This model replaces and builds upon the Brazen Plus 2.0, which had already  incorporated several important changes since the Brazen Brew System was first introduced.  In addition to all of the features you can read about below, these improvements included:
